What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum order value, on opening orders or reorders. Molly's Mixes ship in full cases, with 5 to 20 bags per case depending on size.
What does an opening order look like for an independent plant shop?
There's no minimum order value. Molly's Mixes ship in full cases (5 to 20 bags per case depending on size). Prepay by card or ACH; approved accounts see wholesale pricing in the portal. Free freight on orders of US$1,200 or more in the US or CA$1,500 or more in Canada, subject to regional exclusions; below that, freight is charged per case at the published rate. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of payment, subject to stock; transit time is additional. Damaged stock is replaced or credited within 30 days. Retail prices are protected by a MAP policy. Many shops open with three to six cases across the three mixes; ask us for the case mix that sells in shops like yours.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from 5 local warehouses across North America: 2 in Canada and 3 in the United States. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of payment, subject to stock; transit time is additional and depends on destination and quantity. Most retailers receive their orders from the warehouse closest to them, which keeps freight costs and transit times down.
Do you offer exclusive territories?
Generally no. We'd rather have multiple shops in a city carrying the line than one with exclusivity. Our retailer-locator pages handle the discovery so customers can pick whichever shop is closest.
Can I try before I commit to a wholesale order?
Yes. Order any of our retail bags from veryplants.com first to see how the substrate performs with your plants. If you'd like sample sizes for a buyer's meeting, let us know via email.
