Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum order?
Our minimums are intentionally low so independent shops can start with the line and reorder what sells. We'll share specifics during onboarding so we can size the first order to your shelf space.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from 5 local warehouses across North America: 2 in Canada and 3 in the United States. Lead times are typically 2-5 business days from order, depending on destination and quantity. Most retailers receive their orders from the warehouse closest to them, which keeps freight costs and transit times down.
Do you offer exclusive territories?
Generally no — we'd rather have multiple shops in a city carrying the line than one with exclusivity. Our retailer-locator pages handle the discovery so customers can pick whichever shop is closest.
Can I try before I commit to a wholesale order?
Yes. Order any of our retail bags from veryplants.com first to see how the substrate performs with your plants. If you'd like sample sizes for a buyer's meeting, let us know via email.
