Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What we have done
- Audited every page template of this site against WCAG 2.1 AA (most recently in June 2026).
- Corrected color contrast across buttons, banners, links, and text so content is readable for people with low vision.
- Written descriptive alternative text for product images, including ingredient charts and sizing guides, so screen reader users receive the same information.
- Ensured a visible keyboard focus indicator and a logical heading structure on every page.
- Provided a skip-to-content link and semantic landmarks for assistive navigation.
Known limitations
Our store locator on the Shop Local page is provided by a third party. Some of its form fields may not announce properly in screen readers. We have asked the vendor to resolve this, and we are happy to help you find a local retailer directly: just contact us using the details below.
